DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in a relevant technical area (Engineering) combined with strong sales experience and customer orientation
  • Hands on experience working in Sales and Services (capital and aftermarket) preferably in Feed & Biofuel industry (Animal Feed, PET Food and Aqua Feed, Biofuel projects).
  • Experience in working in matrix structure.
  • Can use MS office (Word, Excel and PPT) doing the business
  • Willingness to travel to customer’s site for the sales and follow-up.
  • Basic knowledge in Auto-cad (will be trained)
  • Flexibility, to be able working as a team.
  • Hard-working, proactive and friendly.
  • Strategic mindset with hands on approach
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Reliable with high ethics
  • Communication: Effective verbal, presentation and listening skills

Main Responsibility:

  • Experience in Industrial Key Machinery Sales and Wear & Spare Part Sales
  • Survey and follow up the market of feed and biomass, sourcing project / customer for the company.
  • Prepare presentations, contracts, customer visits and work with customers / projects in-charged person to get necessary inputs, gathering information for preparingroposal/ Quotation.
  • Submit the proposal / quotation to customer and follow up (weekly) to get order (signing contract).
  • Preparing the contract for signing and follow up the singed contract until getting the signed Take Over Certificate.
  • Making report periodically (monthly) about the market, business status, sales result (Order intake) of the Capital
